OLECTRA
Olectra Greentech's latest financial results present a mixed picture. On the positive side, the company achieved net sales of Rs 796.14 crore over the last six months, marking a significant year-on-year growth of 32.08%. Additionally, the Profit After Tax (PAT) rose to Rs 47.03 crore, reflecting a 24.71% increase compared to the previous year. The Debtors Turnover Ratio of 2.60 times indicates improved efficiency in managing receivables. However, there are also notable challenges. The company experienced a decline in quarterly growth rates, with net sales growth slowing to 10.60% from 45.33% in the same quarter last year. The consolidated net profit growth also decreased to 8.46% from 32.74%. Furthermore, interest expenses surged by 43.90%, and the Debt-Equity Ratio reached its highest level in five half-yearly periods at 0.24 times, suggesting increased reliance on borrowing. Overall, while there are positive aspects in terms of sales and profit growth, the declining growth rates and rising debt levels indicate potential concerns for Olectra Greentech's financial health moving forward.
