1. Q1 FY26 Financial Performance (Ended June 30, 2025): Robust Revenue Growth: The company reported a significant increase in its consolidated revenues. On a year-on-year (YoY) basis, revenue grew by 43.6% to ₹3,478.80 crore. This growth indicates strong market demand and the company's ability to capitalize on it. Net Profit Increase: Net profit for the quarter saw a strong YoY increase of 41.8% to ₹105.98 crore. This was supported by a healthy profit before tax (PBT) growth of 46.4% to ₹161.21 crore. Strong EPS: The earnings per share (EPS) for Q1 FY26 stood at ₹30.50, up from ₹21.40 in Q1 FY25, marking a 42.5% YoY growth. 2. Strategic Investments and Expansion: Major Capital Expenditure: Amber Enterprises is undertaking a series of significant investments to expand its manufacturing capabilities. The company is investing over ₹800 crore to set up a copper laminate plant in Mysuru, which will support the domestic production of electronic components. It is also planning a large electronics manufacturing plant near the new Noida International Airport, with an investment of ₹3,200 crore. This facility is intended to manufacture high-density interfaces, printed circuit boards (PCBs), and consumer electronics.
