Apollo Hospitals Q1 FY27: Revenue Up 21%, All Three Segments

Apollo Hospitals Enterprise Limited reported Q1 FY27 results for the June 2026 quarter on 12 August. Q1 FY27 numbers (consolidated): Revenue: Rs 7,044 crore, up 21% YoY from Rs 5,842 crore EBITDA: Rs 1,092 crore, up 28% YoY; margin 15.5% vs 14.6% PAT: Rs 581 crore, up 34% YoY; EPS Rs 40.36 Healthcare Services: revenue Rs 3,567 crore, up 22%; EBITDA margin 24%; ROCE 28.5% Apollo HealthCo: revenue Rs 2,977 crore, up 20%; EBITDA margin 5.8% vs 3.8% Apollo 24/7 digital loss narrowed to Rs 10 crore; breakeven targeted Q3 FY27 Management guides 18 to 20% FY27 hospital revenue growth. Gurugram commissions Q3 FY27. Apollo plans 5,800 beds over five years at Rs 11,150 crore capex. Final dividend Rs 10, ex 14 August. HealthCo demerger is a pending catalyst. Apollo Hospitals [][***** shares trade at Rs 8,655.06 (7 Sep 2026, 11:14 AM IST), up 15 percent in a year, 4 percent under the Rs 9,056 high. P/E 59.6; sector average near 42. My view: the integrated model is delivering simultaneously across hospitals, pharmacy and digital, all three growing margins together for the first time. At 59x, well above the sector, the market is paying for the HealthCo demerger optionality and the 5,800-bed cycle. That is a reasonable bet if Gurugram launch costs stay contained and the digital breakeven prints in Q3. Not a compelling entry at 4 percent from the 52-week high; hold, add only on a pullback or a Q3 digital breakeven. Levels: Rs 8,555 to 8,585, this week's base, is support; Rs 8,713 the first reclaim; Rs 9,056 the high.
