Recent Financial Performance (Q4 FY25 & Full Year FY25) Emami Ltd. has reported a robust performance for both the fourth quarter and the full fiscal year ending March 31, 2025. Q4 FY25 (January-March 2025): Consolidated Net Profit: ₹162.17 crore, a 10.5% increase from ₹146.75 crore in Q4 FY24. Revenue from Operations: ₹963.05 crore, an 8% year-on-year growth from ₹891.24 crore. EBITDA: ₹219 crore, a 4% increase from the previous year, with EBITDA margins improving by 10 basis points to 65.9%. Gross Margins: Expanded by 10 basis points to 65.9%. Domestic Business: Showed strong momentum with 11% growth and 7% volume growth, driven by key brands like Navratna, Dermicool, BoroPlus, and the Healthcare range. International Business: Posted a 6% growth despite geopolitical volatility across Bangladesh, the Middle East, and parts of Africa, showing strong momentum in SAARC, SEA, CIS, and African markets. Full Year FY25: Consolidated Net Profit: ₹802.74 crore, a 10.85% increase from ₹724.14 crore in FY24. Total Income: ₹3,877.30 crore, a 6.9% rise compared to the previous year. Advertising & Sales Promotion (A&P) Spends: Rose 6.4% year-on-year to ₹694 crore in FY25, indicating continued aggressive brand investment. Organized Trade Channels (Modern Trade, E-commerce, Institutional Sales): Contributed 27.6% to domestic revenues, expanding by 140 basis points over the previous year and outpacing overall domestic growth with a 13% YoY growth. Strategic Developments & Key Initiatives: 50th Anniversary Special Dividend: To mark its 50th anniversary, Emami's Board of Directors declared a special interim dividend of ₹2 per equity share (200%), bringing the total dividend payout for FY25 to ₹10 per share (1000%). The record date for this specific dividend was fixed as Thursday, May 22, 2025.
