Q1 FY26 Financial Updates (Unaudited):
Metropolis Healthcare reported an approximate 23% year-on-year (YoY) uptick in revenue growth for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 (Q1 FY26).
Excluding the impact of acquisitions (Core Diagnostics, DAPIC, and Scientific Pathology), organic revenue grew approximately 13% YoY, driven by increased patient and test volumes.
Business-to-Consumer (B2C) revenues were up 15% YoY.
The TruHealth Wellness and Specialty segments also showed strong growth, recording approximately 20% and 15% YoY growth, respectively.
Earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization (EBITDA) margin saw improvement quarter-on-quarter due to increased throughput, operational efficiencies, and operating leverage, remaining in line with the same period last year.
