MRF Ltd reported a 37% rise in standalone net profit for the March quarter, supported by higher operating profit and margin expansion. The company recommended a final dividend of Rs 229 per share, taking the total dividend for FY26 to Rs 235 per share including interim payouts.
Profit rose to Rs 680 crore in the three months ending March from Rs 498 crore a year earlier. Revenue up 13.9% to Rs 7,908 crore. Ebitda rose 21.1% to Rs 1,263 crore from the year-ago period.
