Hindustan Aeronautics- The dissolution of Partnership

Hindustan Aeronautics - The joint venture held by the state-run defence major and its partner Cyient, Infotech HAL, has been dissolved by the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), and marks the official end of the 50:50 joint venture between state-run defence major Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL) and IT company Cyient Limited. Hindustan Aeronautics held a 50 per cent stake in Infotech HAL. The joint venture was formed in 1999 to provide engineering design services for the aerospace and defence markets.
