Avenue Supermarts Raises ₹300 Crore Through Commercial Paper

Avenue Supermarts has raised ₹300 crore through the allotment of Commercial Paper, with a tenure of 90 days and a coupon rate of 6.70% per annum. The unsecured instrument is rated ICRA A1+ and is proposed to be listed on the BSE. Avenue Supermarts, which owns and operates D-Mart, is a Mumbai-based company and one of India’s leading supermarket retailers. D-Mart offers a wide range of home and personal products under one roof and continues to expand its presence across the country.
