's two wholly owned subsidiaries — Blink Commerce Pvt. Ltd. (BCPL) and Blinkit Foods Ltd. (BFL) — have signed a Business Transfer Agreement to move the ‘Bistro by Blinkit’ quick-service food business from BCPL to BFL. This move, valued at ₹57 crore, is part of an internal reorganisation to streamline operations under one umbrella. The transfer will happen through a slump sale, meaning the entire business moves as a going concern — people, assets, and brand included. In short: it’s a housekeeping move to make Blinkit’s food arm cleaner, simpler, and ready for faster growth.
