🚀India steps closer to self-reliance in advanced rocket systems!

Apollo Strategic Technologies (ASTPL), a step-down subsidiary of Apollo Micro Systems, has signed an MoU with Dynamic Engineering & Design Incorporation, USA at DSEI London 2025. The collaboration focuses on technology transfer, co-development, and potential licensed production of Rocket Motors for BM-21 Grad ER & Non-ER Rockets. With in-house success in developing the 122mm rocket warhead, Apollo is now gearing up for full-scale production by mid-2026—aiming to integrate warheads and rocket motors indigenously. Why is this big? ⚙️ Strengthens Make in India in critical defence propulsion tech. 🛡 Positions Apollo Group as one of the first private Indian firms offering a fully in-house rocket system. 🌍 Boosts India’s role in the global defence supply chain. The BM-21 Grad rockets, among the most widely used artillery rockets worldwide, now have an Indian edge—pushing the nation closer to defence self-reliance. 💡 A proud stride for India’s private defence manufacturing sector.
