KPI Green Energy: Expanding Its Renewable Energy Footprint

KPI Green Energy has incorporated a wholly owned subsidiary, KPGC One, on June 18, 2026, marking another step in its clean energy growth strategy. The new entity will focus on power generation, storage, transmission, distribution, and supply across both conventional and renewable energy sources, including solar, wind, hydro, biomass, and thermal power. Formerly known as K.P.I. Global Infrastructure, KPI Green Energy continues to strengthen its position in India's renewable energy sector through its Solarism brand, serving both Independent Power Producer (IPP) and Captive Power Producer (CPP) segments. The formation of KPGC One highlights the company's long-term commitment to expanding its renewable energy portfolio and capitalizing on growing opportunities in the energy transition space.
