LODHA
delivers record Q3 performance!

LODHA
reported its highest-ever quarterly pre-sales of ₹5,620 crore in Q3FY26, marking a strong 25% YoY and 23% QoQ growth, driven by robust sustenance sales momentum. A healthy launch pipeline in Q4 keeps the company firmly on track to achieve its ₹21,000 crore pre-sales guidance for FY26. While collections dipped 17% YoY to ₹3,560 crore, this was largely due to one-off land and office sale inflows in Q3FY25. With a strong execution pipeline, collections are expected to scale up meaningfully in the coming quarters. Business development remains a key highlight — ₹33,800 crore GDV added in Q3 across MMR, NCR, and Bengaluru, taking 9MFY26 additions to ₹58,800 crore (2.35x annual guidance). Despite aggressive expansion, net debt at ₹6,170 crore remains comfortably below the 0.5x ceiling, reinforcing balance sheet strength and future profitability visibility. Lodha continues to strengthen its leadership position in Indian real estate. 📈
