Meesho Incorporates Wholly Owned Logistics Arm ‘Valmo Transportation’

Meesho has incorporated a wholly owned subsidiary, Valmo Transportation, to strengthen its logistics capabilities. Incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013 on January 28, 2026, Valmo will operate as a logistics service provider, handling movement of goods, loading and unloading, in-transit storage, handling, and trans-shipment through third-party service providers. The subsidiary is yet to commence commercial operations. Meesho is a multi-sided technology platform powering India’s e-commerce ecosystem by connecting consumers, sellers, logistics partners, and content creators, with a strong focus on delivering ‘Everyday Low Prices’ to value-conscious consumers across the country.
