$TCS Loses RBC Canada Mandate After 20 Years

Tata Consultancy Services $TCS has reportedly lost the RBC Canada account to Accenture after a two-decade relationship, with nearly 150 employees expected to be rebadged. Estimated contract value stands around ₹125–210 crore annually, making the direct revenue and cash flow impact negligible for TCS. However, the development is strategically important as it raises concerns around competitive intensity in the BFSI segment and North American market share.
