Rail Vikas Nigam Limited Q4 Results
$RVNL reported a weak Q4 FY26 performance, with consolidated net profit falling nearly 59% YoY to ₹187 crore due to margin pressure and higher operational costs. However, revenue from operations grew around 4% YoY to ₹6,696 crore, supported by continued execution of railway infrastructure projects. EBITDA margins contracted sharply to nearly 4% from 6.8% last year, reflecting profitability stress despite stable revenue growth. The company also announced a final dividend of ₹0.71 per share for FY26, subject to shareholder approval at the AGM. Overall, the results indicate that while project execution and order flow remain healthy, rising costs and lower margins are impacting earnings quality in the near term.
