Slated for a flat start this AM. Bearish Price Trend: Prices remain on a weak footing having violated key support near 22,800 (classic signs of a bear market, lower lows - lower highs). We maintain a negative stance with the same downside target (21,500), and recommend trailing your stops on short positions to about 23,000.
