LAPs are loans given for refinancing of funds used for the purpose of construction/purchase of a house. LAP has two products, namely, LAP-Construction and LAP-Purchase. Its subsidiary, Aptus Finance India Private Limited, provides finance in the form of loans against immovable properties to individuals for business enhancement purposes.
