The company’s deteriorating financial condition, bearish technical outlook, and average operational quality. Despite an attractive valuation, the steep declines in net sales, surging interest costs, negative cash flows, and persistent underperformance relative to market benchmarks have culminated in a more cautious stance. Investors should carefully analyse these factors and consider the heightened risks before maintaining or initiating positions in Dhunseri Vent. The current rating underscores the importance of monitoring financial health and market trends closely, particularly for microcap stocks in volatile sectors.
