HDB Financial Services Limited is an India-based diversified retail-focused non-banking financial company. The Company offers a portfolio of lending products that cater to a diverse customer base through an omni-channel distribution network. Its lending products are offered through its three business verticals: Enterprise Lending, Asset Finance and Consumer Finance. Its Enterprise Lending products include business loans, loan against property (LAP), enterprise business loan (EBL), salaried personal loans (SPL), and gold loans. Its Asset Finance products include commercial vehicle loans, construction equipment loans and tractor loans. Its Consumer Finance products include Relationship Personal Loans, and Auto Loans. It also offers business process outsourcing (BPO) services such as back-office support services, collection and sales support services to its promoter as well as fee-based products such as distribution of insurance products primarily to its lending customers.

For Q1FY27 Gross NPA 2.34% vs 2.56% in Q1FY26, Net NPA 1.04% vs 1.11% in Q1FY26. Return on Assets is 2.5% improved by 60 BPS YoY, return on Equity is 14.96% improved by 176 BPS YoY, Net Interest Margin is 8.35% improved by 61 BPS YoY. On QoQ basis Interest Earned has achieved 4.43% growth, Net Interest Income has grown by 4.58%, Total Income has grown by 4.06%, Pre-Provisioning Operating Profit has grown by 3.33%, PBT grown by 4.34%, PAT is grown by 4.61%. Customer franchise grew to 23.9 million with an increase of 4.1% during the quarter and 18.6% Y-o-Y. Gross loan book as on Jun 30, 2026 stood at ₹1,21,846 crores, growing 2.83% sequentially and 11.44% Y-o-Y. Secured loans comprised 74% of the Gross loan book.
