Hindustan Copper Limited is an India-based company. The Company is engaged in copper ore mining. It focuses on exploration, mining, and beneficiation of copper ore to produce and sell copper concentrate. It operates facilities of a primary smelter and refinery at Ghatsila (Jharkhand), secondary smelter and refining facilities at Jhagadia (Gujarat), and a continuous cast copper wire rod plant at Taloja (Maharashtra). Its products include Continuous Cast Copper Rod, Copper Cathode, and Copper Concentrate. Its byproducts include Copper Sulphate, Sulphuric Acid, Reverts, Anode Slime, and Nickel Hydroxide. The Company offers Copper Sulphate for use in electro refining copper for electrolyte and pesticides (agriculture). It also offers Sulphuric Acid for the manufacture of fertilizer alum and drying of gases. Its plants include Indian Copper Complex, Khetri Copper Complex, Malanjkhand Copper Project, Taloja Copper Project, and Gujarat Copper Project.
