Global cues are slightly weak. US markets closed a bit lower. Nothing major, but US 10Y yield has moved up to ~4.7%. More important, crude jumped to $88 after a sharp move yesterday. That’s something to watch. Asian markets are mixed. Japan and Singapore are positive, while China and Taiwan are a bit weak. Gift Nifty is flat, so no clear direction at open. Rupee: around 95.3, still on the weaker side. Stocks in focus: Positive: • BSE - getting added to Nifty 50 • Gland Pharma - strong results (~47% profit growth) • Zen Tech - ₹295 Cr defence order • Lupin - USFDA approval • BEL - ₹541 Cr order win • M&M - good production & sales numbers Weak: • Wipro - moving out of Nifty 50 • Vodafone Idea - big loss (~₹3,700 Cr) • Zee - weak profit • Inox Wind, AstraZeneca Pharma - weak numbers • Keystone Realtors - lower pre-sales Also watch: Zydus Life, MRF, RVNL, Siemens, Bata, NBCC (results today) Important: CPI inflation data tomorrow after market hours. Collections: Grew 4% YoY to INR 5.99 bn (from INR 5.75 bn), demonstrating strong cash flow realization from ongoing projects and previously sold units, thereby strengthening the company's liquidity position. Strategic & Business Updates: Land Bank Expansion: Added two new projects comprising 1.98 mn sq ft of saleable area with an estimated Gross Development Value (GDV) of INR 7.13 bn. The additions include "Utkarsh CHSL" in Goregaon East (reinforcing its cluster redevelopment leadership) and a plotted development in Igatpuri.
