KPI Green Energy Limited is an India-based company. The Company is a solar and hybrid power generating company. It develops, builds, owns, operates and maintains solar and hybrid power plants as an independent power producer (IPP) and as service provider to captive power producers (CPP) under the brand name of Solarism. Its Solarism plant is located at more than 58 locations in Bharuch district, Gujarat. It supplies power generated from solar power plants to business houses through Power Purchase Agreements (PPA). It provides customers with access to common power evacuation infrastructure along with a pool of grid-connected land to generate solar power. It also provides operation and maintenance services (O&M) through O&M agreements to customers. It has established 66 Kilovolts (KV) and 11 KV transmission lines for evacuation of the solar power generated from solar plants. It offers land tracts for third parties to build solar power facilities.
