KPI Green Energy incorporates wholly owned subsidiary

KPI Green Energy has incorporated a wholly owned subsidiary, KPGC Three, on October 5, 2026. The new entity has been set up to generate, store, transmit, distribute, purchase, sell and supply electricity and other forms of energy from conventional and renewable sources, including solar, wind, hydro, biomass and thermal, and to establish, own, develop, operate and maintain power plants and energy storage systems. KPI Green Energy is the solar and hybrid arm of KP Group. It develops, builds, owns, operates and maintains solar and hybrid power plants as an Independent Power Producer (IPP) and as a service provider to Captive Power Producers (CPP) under the 'Solarism' brand.
