Rounded Bottom Breakout – Momentum Building for Upside

LOKESHMACH
This chart presents a textbook rounded bottom formation, indicating a steady transition from a downtrend into a potential uptrend. The structure reflects gradual accumulation, where smart money typically builds positions quietly. The most important development here is the breakout near ₹235, which has historically acted as a strong resistance zone. Price is now attempting to sustain above this level, signaling a shift in market sentiment. From a technical lens: The rounded base confirms trend reversal structure Recent candles show strong bullish momentum Higher lows formation supports continuation strength Price is hugging the breakout zone, indicating acceptance above resistance Projection: Based on the depth of the pattern, the stock has potential to move towards ₹270–280 (~15–18% upside) in the near to medium term. Key Levels: Support: ₹220–225 (retest zone) Resistance/Target: ₹270–280 Conclusion: This is a classic base + breakout + momentum alignment setup. If price sustains above ₹235, it can trigger a fresh leg of rally. A minor pullback towards the breakout zone could offer a strong risk-reward entry.

Lokesh Machines – Early Recovery Attempt After Long Correction

LOKESHMACH
Lokesh Machines appears to be showing early signs of structural improvement after a prolonged downtrend from its previous cycle highs. Recent price action suggests the stock may be entering a base-building phase. Technical Structure After peaking near ₹450–470, the stock witnessed a deep correction and gradually declined toward the ₹140–150 zone, where a base seems to have formed. Over the past few months, price has been moving in a sideways accumulation range, and the recent upward move toward ₹200+ indicates improving momentum. Key observations: Price trading above short-term EMA, indicating strengthening near-term momentum. Formation of higher lows from the ₹150 zone, suggesting accumulation. Volume expansion during breakout candles, hinting at renewed participation. Stochastic RSI in overbought zone, reflecting strong short-term momentum. Key Levels to Watch Immediate resistance: ₹210–220 Breakout confirmation: Sustained move above ₹220 If the breakout sustains, potential upside levels could be: Target 1: ₹250–260 Target 2: ₹300–320 (previous supply region) On the downside: Immediate support: ₹180–185 Major support: ₹160 A breakdown below ₹160 could push the stock back into its broader consolidation phase. Fundamental Perspective Lokesh Machines operates in the machine tools and precision engineering segment, supplying equipment to sectors such as automotive, defence, and general manufacturing. Beneficiary of India’s manufacturing and capex cycle. Increasing focus on defence and heavy engineering components. Potential tailwinds from Make-in-India and domestic manufacturing expansion. Lokesh Machines appears to be at an early technical inflection point, and a decisive breakout above ₹220 could signal the start of a stronger recovery phase.
