The Company's segments include Project Management Consultancy (PMC), Real Estate, and Engineering, Procurement & Construction (EPC). The PMC segment includes tasks such as geotechnical investigations, topographical surveys, resource planning, detailed engineering design, execution supervision, and other related activities. The Real Estate segment involves the sale of property, sale of additional parking slots, maintenance services, and other real related services. The EPC segment focuses on the construction, manufacturing, and development of assets on behalf of customers. This is considered a single performance obligation, as the bundle of goods and services represent the combined output for which the customer has contracted that is, construction of the project/asset. Its subsidiaries include NBCC Services Limited, HSCC (India) Limited, and Hindustan Steelworks Construction Limited.
