Varroc Engineering Limited reported Q1 FY27 results for the June 2026 quarter on 6 August. VARROC
][***** shares closed at Rs 880.55 (10 Sep 2026, 03:55 PM IST), up 58 percent in a year, at the 52-week high of Rs 891. P/E 68.2; PEG 0.25; sector P/E 20. My view: the statutory profit fall is the exceptional item in the base, not operations; PBT before exceptionals grew 38 percent. The 87 percent EV revenue jump and 91 percent volume growth are the proof of concept the market has been pricing. At 68x the market pays for the FY31 ambition; at PEG 0.25, that is cheap on the growth vector if the ambition converts. The 52-week high confirms momentum and removes the margin of safety for a fresh buy. Holders stay; fresh money waits for a pullback to Rs 820 to 840, the August base. Levels: Rs 820 to 840 the near support; Rs 780 to 790 the deeper base; Rs 891 the high.

VARROC
- Liquidity Trap

VARROC
Short-term buy-side trap risk is rising after the sharp vertical expansion. Price has moved rapidly into the ₹850–860 resistance zone, making fresh longs vulnerable to a reversal. Support sits around ₹820, followed by ₹780–790 and ₹740. A sustained move above ₹860 can extend the momentum, but failure to hold ₹820 would strengthen the short-term trap setup.

Varroc Engineering Reports Mixed Q1 FY27 Results

Key Highlights Varroc Engineering reported mixed Q1 FY27 results, with strong revenue growth and higher EBITDA offset by a decline in net profit. The company also witnessed a contraction in EBITDA margin during the quarter. Financial Performance • Net Profit: ₹77.3 Crore, down 26.5% YoY from ₹105.1 Crore. • Revenue: ₹2,634.2 Crore, up 29.9% YoY from ₹2,027.6 Crore. • EBITDA: ₹221.9 Crore, up 14.0% YoY from ₹194.6 Crore. • EBITDA Margin: 8.4% vs 9.6%, down 120 bps YoY. What It Means • Strong revenue growth indicates healthy demand and business expansion during the quarter. • Growth in EBITDA reflects improved operating earnings despite higher costs. • The decline in Net Profit and lower EBITDA Margin suggest pressure on overall profitability. Market Impact Impact: Neutral While the company delivered robust revenue growth and improved EBITDA, the sharp decline in net profit and margin contraction may keep investor sentiment balanced. Investors are likely to monitor profitability and margin trends in the coming quarters. Learning Outcome EBITDA Margin measures operating profit as a percentage of revenue before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization. A declining EBITDA margin, despite higher revenue, often indicates rising input costs or increased operating expenses, which can affect overall profitability.
