V-Guard Industries Limited is an India-based company which is engaged in the manufacturing, trading, and selling of electronic products. The Company operates through four segments: Electronics, Electricals, Consumer Durables, and Sunflame. Electronics include stabilizers, digital uninterruptible power supply (UPS) and solar inverters. Electricals include Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC) insulated cables, switch gears, pumps, and modular switches. Consumer Durables include fans, water heaters, kitchen appliances and air coolers. Sunflame includes products sold under the trademarks Sunflame and Superflame. The Company operates a well-diversified water heaters category, offering electric, solar, and heat pump models designed to serve both residential and institutional needs. Its products include voltage stabilizers, inverter batteries and solar power systems, wires and cables, domestic switch gears and others. Its stabilizer products include EV 4150, VSN 4170 and VSN 4170.
