$APOLLOHOSP Q4 FY26 Financial Growth: For the fourth quarter ended March 31, 2026, Apollo Hospitals Enterprise Limited reported a consolidated revenue from operations of ₹6,605 crore, up 18% year-on-year. Consolidated net profit (PAT) for the quarter rose 36% year-on-year to reach ₹529 crore compared to ₹390 crore in Q4 FY25, driven by strong operational leverage. Bed Occupancy and Metric Drivers: Overall operating bed occupancy stood at 68% for the fourth quarter across 8,131 active group beds, compared to 67% in the previous fiscal's corresponding block. While lower seasonal admissions and a moderation in international patient volumes from Bangladesh weighed on the segment, growth was strongly insulated by a 22% surge in core specialties such as cardiac sciences and oncology. Upcoming Capacity Ramping and Capex: The company has mapped out a capital expenditure layout of ₹1,980 crore for the FY26–27 financial loop to fund 1,000 additional beds. Roughly 1,400 beds are currently under construction across core metro markets, with 670 beds slated for official commissioning over the upcoming 12 months, targeting a total of 5,600 operational beds by mid-fiscal 2027. Strategic Corporate Demerger Pipeline: The restructuring layout for the demerger of Apollo HealthCo (the omni-channel pharmacy and digital platform) remains fully on track. A mandatory equity shareholders' meeting has been officially scheduled for June 24, 2026, which will be followed by standard NCLT procedures targeting a standalone listing by Q4 FY27. Senior Leadership Appointment: On June 8, 2026, Apollo Hospitals announced the appointment of Rahul Pasumarthy as Vice President – Apollo International. In this strategic leadership role, he will spearhead cross-border healthcare delivery expansions, global institutional partnerships, and international medical tourism engagement initiatives.
