$CGPOWER Q1 FY27 Financial Results & Profit Growth On July 24, 2026, CG Power reported a 16.2% year-on-year increase in consolidated net profit (PAT) to ₹313.01 crore for the first quarter ended June 30, 2026. Consolidated operational revenue grew 14% YoY to ₹3,280.81 crore, driven by robust execution across high-voltage power systems and domestic transformer demand. Order Inflow & Backlog Expansion During Q1 FY27, standalone operations secured fresh orders aggregating ₹4,692 crore. This intake expanded the company’s unexecuted standalone order backlog by 45% year-on-year to ₹17,333 crore, while the total consolidated order book scaled to ₹18,965 crore, providing multi-quarter execution visibility across transmission and industrial segments. Semiconductor Commercialization in Sanand Subsidiary CG Semi Private Limited formally commenced initial commercial operations on July 4, 2026, at its newly constructed G1 Outsourced Semiconductor Assembly and Test (OSAT) facility in Sanand, Gujarat. The overall ₹7,584 crore semiconductor venture (supported by central and state capital assistance) continues construction on subsequent phases (G2) scheduled through late 2026. Switchgear & Transformer Capacity Expansions The Board approved a fresh ₹35.17 crore brownfield expansion at its Vilholi (Nashik) facility to double Gas Insulated Switchgear (GIS) manufacturing capacity within 4 to 6 months. This follows the commercial commissioning of the S3 Unit-II Extra High-Voltage (EHV) switchgear plant in Nashik, which expanded annual circuit breaker capacity by 80% to 16,000 units. Transformer manufacturing capacity is on track to scale toward 110,000 MVA by calendar end-2026. AGM Outcomes & Shareholder Resolutions At its 89th Annual General Meeting held on July 24, 2026, shareholders approved all ordinary resolutions with requisite majorities, including the adoption of FY26 financial statements and the formal confirmation of the interim dividend of ₹1.30 per share.
