Q1 FY27 Financial Results & Profitability Growth In August 2026, Lemon Tree Hotels reported its financial results for the first quarter ended June 30, 2026 (Q1 FY27). Consolidated revenue from operations grew 9% year-on-year to ₹346.8 crore. Consolidated Net Profit (PAT) jumped 19% YoY to ₹57.3 crore (up from ₹48.1 crore in Q1 FY26), with operating cash profit expanding 17% YoY to ₹96 crore. Net EBITDA margin stood at 43.8% Operating Hospitality Metrics (ARR & Occupancy) During Q1 FY27, overall hotel occupancy expanded by 314 basis points year-on-year to 75.7%. Gross Average Room Rate (ARR) rose 2% YoY to ₹6,361. Operational performance was supported by a tactical increase in retail bookings across domestic travel destinations, which sustained high occupancy levels across corporate and leisure hubs. Debt Reduction & Borrowing Costs The company continued its balance-sheet deleveraging program, lowering consolidated gross debt by 11% year-on-year to ₹1,475 crore as of June 30, 2026. The weighted average cost of debt declined by 53 basis points to 7.48%, helping reduce recurring interest obligations. Asset-Light Pipeline & Property Signings During the quarter, Lemon Tree operationalized 6 managed/franchised hotels (334 rooms) and signed 13 new properties totaling 1,020 rooms. Recent key domestic and international signings include Lemon Tree Hotel, Siddharthanagar (Nepal), Keys Select, Vijayawada (Andhra Pradesh), Keys Select, Panthpiplai (Indore-Ujjain Highway), and Lemon Tree Hotel, Jorhat (Assam). The total combined operational and signed network now encompasses over 22,500 rooms across 265+ hotels.
