Sales Performance (April 2026) The company reported a total of 94,627 units sold in April 2026, marking a 14% year-on-year growth. Domestic passenger vehicle sales grew by 8% to 56,331 units, though they saw a 7% decline compared to the previous month (March 2026). The Scorpio remained the best-selling model with over 14,700 units, followed closely by the Thar and Bolero. Financial Results & Dividend M&M reported a stellar 42% jump in net profit to ₹4,667 crore for the fourth quarter ended March 31, 2026. Revenue from operations surged nearly 29% to ₹54,891 crore. On the back of this performance, the Board recommended a final dividend of ₹33 per share for the 2025–26 fiscal year, with the record date set for July 3, 2026. EV Momentum & Consumer Offers The "born-electric" segment is gaining traction, with the BE 6 seeing a massive 113% year-on-year growth in April sales. To clear existing inventory and compete with newer models, the company has announced significant discounts for May 2026, including up to ₹2.5 lakh off on the XUV400 EV and benefits up to ₹1.1 lakh on the Thar ROXX. Mahindra Finance & Fundraising The financial services arm, M&M Financial Services, reported a 55% year-on-year increase in PAT for the final quarter of FY26. Additionally, the company’s board has approved a proposal to raise up to ₹3,000 crore through the private placement of non-convertible debentures (NCDs) to support further business expansion. Segment Growth While the automotive division led with 32% revenue growth, the Farm Equipment segment also performed strongly, rising 26% year-on-year. This was supported by a 63% increase in tractor disbursements through its finance arm during the last quarter, reflecting a robust recovery in rural demand.
