Record Q3 FY26 Financial Results In February 2026, the company reported a stellar performance for the quarter ended December 31, 2025. Revenue jumped 93% year-on-year to ₹224 crore, while Profit After Tax (PAT) surged 37% to ₹70 crore. Pre-sales for the quarter witnessed a massive 247% increase, reaching ₹376 crore. The company maintains a strong balance sheet with a healthy EBITDA margin of approximately 35.5% and remains virtually debt-free following its 2025 IPO. Entry into GIFT City with Landmark Projects A major strategic milestone was achieved in January 2026 with the signing of a development agreement for a mixed-use project in GIFT City, Gujarat. This project, featuring premium retail, Grade-A commercial offices, and luxury residential units, is estimated to have a Gross Development Value (GDV) of ₹2,000–2,200 crore. In a high-profile move, the company also announced a partnership with actor Abhishek Bachchan for this specific development. New Project Launches and Redevelopment Wins The company has been aggressive in its core Mumbai market. In November 2025, it launched Project Varun in Bandra, which generated ₹52 crore in bookings within the first few weeks. More recently, in February 2026, Sri Lotus was appointed as the developer for a prestigious mixed-use redevelopment project in Lokhandwala, Andheri (W). Upcoming launches planned for Q4 FY26 include Lotus Aquaria in Prabhadevi and Lotus Celestia in Versova. Subsidiary and Operational Expansion To support its growing pipeline, the company incorporated five new wholly-owned subsidiaries in late 2025 and early 2026: Asvi Projects, Sonnet Projects, Avion Realty, Arahan Projects, and Rise Root Projects. These entities are focused on specific real estate development activities as part of the company’s asset-light model, which currently oversees a total development pipeline valued at an estimated ₹13,000–₹14,000 crore.
