$ULTRACEMCO Q1 FY27 Revenue & Profit Outperformance In its financial statements released on July 20, 2026, the company reported a 17.2% year-on-year surge in consolidated net profit to ₹2,603.72 crore for the first quarter ended June 30, 2026. Consolidated operational revenue rose 16% YoY to ₹24,465 crore, supported by robust demand across housing and infrastructure segments and a 13.1% volume expansion in domestic grey cement dispatches (39.2 million tonnes) ₹5,000 Crore Fundraise Plan via NCDs UltraTech’s Finance Committee is scheduled to meet on July 23, 2026, to evaluate and approve a proposed private placement fundraising of up to ₹5,000 crore through Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs). The plan involves issuing up to 5,00,000 unsecured, rated, redeemable debentures to reinforce the company's financial capital base for ongoing capex programs. Rapid Turnaround of India Cements Acquisition The company’s recent integration of South-based The India Cements Limited delivered immediate operational gains. Supported by an 18.5% volume jump, India Cements turned around to log a normalized net profit of ₹52 crore in Q1 FY27 (compared to a net loss of ₹183 crore in Q1 FY25), validating UltraTech’s rapid asset stabilization capabilities. Major Capacity & Sustainable Power Expansion During the quarter, UltraTech added 8.7 MTPA of grey cement capacity, successfully pushing its total domestic grey cement installed capacity beyond the 200.1 MTPA milestone (205.5 MTPA globally). On the green energy front, the firm commissioned 20 MW of Waste Heat Recovery Systems (WHRS), expanding its WHRS capacity to 434 MW and bringing its aggregate green power mix to 47%. Foray into Cables & Wires and AGM Record Date The company confirmed that its new ₹1,800 crore Cables and Wires business remains on track for commercial rollout in Q3 FY27, with ₹888 crore committed till June 2026 and trial production of Light Duty Cables underway.
