Strengths (S)
Strong growth in retail loan book. Retail loan assets grew around 16–17% YoY to more than ₹81,900 crore in FY26, showing healthy demand across both prime and affordable housing segments.
Improving asset quality. Gross NPA has improved to nearly 1.04% and Net NPA to around 0.68%, which is among the better levels in the housing finance industry.
Strong capital position. The company maintains a high Capital Adequacy Ratio of nearly 29–30%, giving it sufficient room for future loan growth and protection against stress.

Dependence on a few geographies. A large part of the company’s loan book is concentrated in a limited number of states, increasing regional concentration risk.
