However, investors should monitor global industrial demand, currency movements, raw-material costs, overseas subsidiary performance and the execution of the FY31 growth plan. The company has also disclosed delays in a new factory project, making execution an important near-term factor. Overall, Elgi is a fundamentally strong industrial business with consistent revenue growth, improving earnings and a credible global expansion strategy, but its valuation needs to be assessed carefully because much of the long-term growth opportunity may already be reflected in the stock price.
