PNGS Reva Diamond Jewellery Ltd Company Fundamental Analysis

PNGS Reva Diamond Jewellery is a retail-focused jewellery company specialising in diamond, precious and semi-precious stone jewellery set in gold and platinum. The company was created to consolidate the diamond jewellery business of the PNG group and operates the “Reva by PNG” brand, with stores primarily across Maharashtra along with expansion into other markets. Its growth strategy is centred on expanding the store network and building a stronger presence in the organised diamond-jewellery segment. FY26 was a strong growth year, with revenue from operations rising to ₹439 crore from ₹258 crore in FY25, while PAT increased to ₹64.7 crore from ₹59.5 crore. Q1 FY27 showed an even sharper acceleration: revenue from operations reached ₹118 crore, up 119.5% YoY, while PAT jumped 265% to ₹27.2 crore. Operating profit increased 193% YoY to ₹33.9 crore, taking the operating margin to about 28.8%. The company has also begun deploying its IPO proceeds toward expansion, with ₹40.5 crore used for setting up 15 new stores by June 2026, while a substantial portion of the IPO funds remained in fixed deposits. At the latest Groww data, PNGS Reva has a market capitalisation of about ₹1,646 crore, P/B of 3.19x, ROE of 12.55% and debt-to-equity of 0.33x; the reported TTM P/E is currently shown as 0 because the platform has not yet reflected a comparable TTM EPS figure. The key positives are very strong recent revenue and profit growth, store expansion and the potential for organised jewellery demand to support the brand. However, jewellery remains working-capital intensive and exposed to gold/diamond prices, consumer demand, inventory management and execution risk from rapid store expansion. Overall, PNGS Reva has demonstrated strong earnings momentum, but its relatively small operating base and expansion-led growth make sustainable margins, cash-flow generation and returns on the new stores important metrics to monitor.
