Q4 FY25 Performance • Revenue rose ~35% year-on-year to about ₹2,167 crore (from ₹1,610 crore in Q4 FY24). • EBITDA increased ~47% YoY to ~₹546 crore; EBITDA margin improved to ~25.2% from ~23.1%. • Profit after tax (PAT) grew ~42-43% YoY to ~₹346-₹348 crore. FY25 Full Year Performance • Full year revenue increased ~24% to ~₹7,540 crore from ~₹6,070 crore in FY24. • EBITDA grew ~44% to ~₹2,031 crore; margin expanded significantly (by ~365 basis points) to about 26.94%. • PAT rose ~47% to ~₹1,288 crore, up from ~₹875 crore. PAT margin improved from ~14.4% to ~17.1%. Segment Trends & Strategic Highlights • Defence segment saw very strong growth: defence revenue jumped ~162% YoY in FY25. • International business grew ~18% YoY, showing solid momentum outside India. • Order book is large—ended FY25 with around ₹15,000-₹17,000 crore in pending orders. Outlook & Risks • Company has announced a capital expenditure plan of ~₹2,500 crore for FY26 to scale up defence and aerospace capabilities. • It aims to grow its defence‐related revenue share significantly (from about 18% in FY25 to over 30% in coming years). • Margins expected to remain strong due to scale and product mix improvements. • Risks include domestic demand slowdown, input cost fluctuations, dependence on defence orders, and global macroeconomic headwinds.
