JPPOWER – High Volatility After 12-Year Peak

JPPOWER
witnessed significant volatility over the past 4–5 trading sessions. The stock surged over 23.8% in just three days—July 10, 11, and 14, touching ₹27.70, its highest level in nearly 12 years. However, this sharp rally was followed by an equally steep decline. Prices dropped to ₹22.75 by July 17, erasing most of the gains from the earlier uptrend. The stock rose 2.95%, 2.61%, and 17.22% on the three rally days, followed by successive declines of 11.52%, 3.10%, and 4.21%. This sequence reflects intense short-term volatility, with quick reversals making it a highly active counter for traders.
