RITES Jumps on Strong Order Win – Stock Ends Higher

surged up to 6.7% intraday on 9 April 2026 after the company secured a key project from National Aluminium Company. The order involves engineering and project management consultancy (PMC) services for constructing a railway siding at Sankerjang under Phase-I of the Utkal-D coal mines.
The contract value has been significantly revised upward from ₹79.73 crore to ₹118.89 crore, reflecting improved project scope and revenue visibility.
Despite some profit booking, the stock maintained positive momentum and closed the session with a 2.5% gain, indicating sustained investor confidence driven by strong order inflows and execution prospects.
