Emcure makes Gennova wholly-owned subsidiary for Rs. 2,318.7 Million

$EMCURE has acquired the remaining 12.05% stake in Gennova Biopharmaceuticals for Rs. 2,318.7 Million, converting it into a wholly-owned subsidiary. The transaction involved 663,865 equity shares and was completed on July 21, 2026. Gennova reported a turnover of Rs. 4,917.42 Million for FY26.
