$PRESTIGE announced its audited financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026, reporting record operational performance. For FY26, revenue grew 71% YoY to Rs 1,31,955 million, while PAT increased 112.80% YoY to Rs 13,119 million. In Q4 FY26, revenue rose 161% YoY to Rs 41,435 million, and PAT surged 596% YoY to Rs 2,972 million. The Board recommended a final dividend of Rs 2 per share and approved the issuance of NCDs up to Rs 2,000 Crores.
