Indiabulls reported a sharp turnaround in its financial performance for the June quarter of FY27, posting a consolidated net profit of Rs 142.99 crore on Friday, compared with a consolidated net loss of Rs 1.81 crore in the same period last year. Revenue from operations surged to Rs 359.45 crore during the quarter, up from Rs 91.62 crore in the restated June quarter of FY26. Total income also climbed significantly to Rs 384.42 crore, compared with Rs 103.22 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous financial year. In a regulatory filing, the company said its profit after tax (PAT) margin stood at 36.7 percent for the June quarter. It also highlighted a strong growth pipeline, with projects worth Rs 8,014 crore slated for launch during FY27. In June, Indiabulls' board approved a preferential issue of up to 51.55 crore warrants, convertible into equity shares, to raise as much as Rs 1,000.07 crore at an issue price of Rs 19.40 per warrant. The proposal subsequently received shareholders' approval at the company's extraordinary general meeting held on July 2, 2026.
