NAUKRI IN FOCUS AS HIMANSHU AGARWAL APPOINTED NEW CFO

Info Edge shares are likely to remain in focus after the company’s board, at a meeting held on Monday, September 14, appointed Himanshu Agarwal as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Additional Director, effective September 17, 2026. Agarwal will also be designated as Whole-time Director and CFO, subject to shareholder approval and other applicable statutory clearances. With Agarwal assuming the CFO role, Ambarish Raghuvanshi’s tenure as Interim CFO and Key Managerial Personnel will end at the close of business on September 16. However, he will continue with Info Edge as Finance Advisor and Senior Management Personnel until October 31 to facilitate a smooth transition and handover of responsibilities. The board has also appointed Naresh Chand Gupta as an Additional Director, who will be designated as a Non-Executive Independent Director for a five-year term from October 1, 2026, to September 30, 2031. The appointment is subject to shareholder approval through postal ballot. Following the leadership changes, Info Edge has also reconstituted its Risk Management Committee and Business Responsibility and Sustainability Reporting Committee, with Agarwal joining both committees as a member from September 17. Info Edge shares closed at Rs 1,250.80 on Monday, down 1.12% from the previous session.
