Indian Oil Corporation Announces Second Interim Dividend of Rs 2 per Share for FY 2025-26

The company has fixed Thursday, March 12, 2026, as the record date to determine eligible shareholders. Investors must hold IOC shares by the end of trading on the record date to qualify for the dividend. The payment will be made on or before April 5, 2026.
