This strategic buyout catapults Inox's presence in India's burgeoning renewables sector, blending Vibrant's diversified independent power producer (IPP) assets into its growing lineup. Announced on Sunday, the portfolio spans solar and wind projects humming across Madhya Pradesh, Maharashtra, Karnataka, Telangana, and Andhra Pradesh. Of the total capacity, a robust 800 MW is already up and running, promising immediate revenue streams while the balance gears up for commissioning.
