Jio Financial Services Delivers Strong Revenue Growth in Q3 FY26 Amid Profit Dip

JIOFIN
ncial Services Ltd (JFSL), the financial services arm of the Reliance Group, announced its unaudited consolidated results for the third quarter ended December 31, 2025 (Q3 FY26), showcasing robust expansion in core operations despite a modest decline in net profit. The company reported a consolidated net profit of ₹268.98 crore (rounded to ₹269 crore), reflecting an 8.75% year-on-year (YoY) drop from ₹294.78 crore in Q3 FY25. This dip was primarily due to higher expenses aligned with business scaling, including elevated finance costs and operational outlays, as well as a lower contribution from associates and joint ventures (₹36 crore vs ₹59 crore YoY). On the revenue front, performance was impressive: total income surged to ₹901 crore, marking a 101% YoY increase (from approximately ₹449 crore in the prior year). Revenue from operations grew even more sharply by 105.52% YoY to ₹900.90 crore (from ₹438.35 crore), driven by significant contributions from lending, payments, and asset management businesses.
