Shanti Gold International Limited has invested ₹8.83 crore in
RATNAVEER
as part of its investment activity. The company acquired 2,65,000 equity shares of Ratnaveer through the secondary market at a weighted average price of ₹333.33 per share, with the total consideration of ₹8,83,33,245 including brokerage. The acquisition was completed on September 26, 2026.
Following the transaction, Shanti Gold holds approximately 0.37% of Ratnaveer Precision Engineering’s paid-up equity share capital. The investment is entirely in cash and the company has stated that the transaction does not constitute a related-party transaction.
Ratnaveer Precision Engineering is a manufacturer and exporter of stainless steel products, serving industries including automotive, solar, pharmaceutical, railways, aerospace and construction. The company was incorporated in 2002 and its shares were listed on BSE and NSE in September 2023.
Ratnaveer reported turnover of ₹1,068.74 crore in FY26, compared with ₹891.88 crore in FY25 and ₹595.38 crore in FY24. Its FY26 profit after tax stood at ₹64.31 crore.
