Following the severe and devastating flash floods along the Nepal-Tibet border, regional communication networks have been heavily disrupted, and he is currently unreachable. Official government reports indicate that hundreds of individuals, including over 320 Indian nationals, remain missing or stranded due to the extreme weather events. The Indian government is actively assisting Kathmandu with coordinated rescue and recovery operations.
