Financial Highlights (Q3 FY26) Revenue: Stood at ₹10,672 Cr (+2% YoY), largely in line with consensus estimates. profitability: EBITDA grew 6% YoY to ₹414 Cr, with margins expanding 20 bps to 3.9%. Net Profit (PAT): Surged 68% YoY to ₹287 Cr, significantly outperforming the poll estimate of ₹150 Cr, aided by a one-off item. Segment Performance: Mobile revenue grew 5% YoY, defying volume contraction expectations. Margins expanded by 10-130 bps across various segments. Strategic Updates & Management Guidance Management remains optimistic regarding regulatory tailwinds, expecting imminent approval for the Vivo PN3 joint venture and ECMS approval for camera and display modules. However, near-term volume guidance has been recalibrated: FY26 Mobile Volume: Revised to 34-35mn units (from 40-42mn). FY27 Guidance: Withdrawn (previously 55-65mn) due to memory price volatility and approval delays.
