Groww Founders Target ₹400-500 Cr Early-Stage VC Fund via Stargazer AIF

The founders of $GROWW are targeting ₹400–500 crore for their first early-stage venture capital fund through Stargazer AIF. The fund will focus on investments in consumer and deeptech startups. The four co-founders — Lalit Keshre, Ishan Bansal, Harsh Jain and Neeraj Singh — will act as general partners and deploy their personal capital, with no external limited partners planned. A dedicated team will handle sourcing and portfolio management. The vehicle marks a significant scale-up from their earlier smaller investment programme and will back seed and early-stage companies in consumer internet and deep technology.
